Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Fortune Gifts UAE (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use the Fortune Gifts ERP mobile app and web application (together, the “Service”). The Service is offered to the public on the App Store and web. Each user account has a private workspace for that user’s business data.
1. Who is responsible
Fortune Gifts UAE operates the Service. For privacy questions, contact hello@fortunegifts.ae.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: email address and authentication credentials you use to sign in.
- Business data you enter: company profile, client records, quotations, invoices, delivery orders, payment receipts, purchase VAT entries, and related line-item data in your workspace.
- Technical data: logs from hosting providers (e.g. IP address, timestamps) necessary to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use information
- Provide and sync your ERP workspace across your devices;
- Generate PDFs and reports from your data;
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix errors;
- Respond to support requests.
4. Where data is stored
Data is stored using Supabase (hosted infrastructure). Access controls are configured so each signed-in user can access only their own workspace data.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your business data. We use subprocessors (such as hosting providers) only to operate the Service. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Your choices
You can update company and document data in the app. You may request account deletion by emailing hello@fortunegifts.ae. Workspace erase in Settings removes documents but keeps your account until you contact us to delete it.
