Getting started

Download the app from the App Store or open fortuneuaeerp.netlify.app/login. Sign in with the credentials provided by your administrator. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen if you need to reset your password.

Common questions

Sync between iPhone and web

Sign in with the same email on each device. Your workspace syncs after each save.

Erased workspace data by mistake

Workspace erase in Settings permanently removes documents. Contact support immediately if this was accidental.

“Email rate limit exceeded” on password reset

Supabase limits how many reset emails can be sent per hour on the default email service (about 2–4). Wait an hour, try once more, or sign in if you know your password. Your administrator can enable custom SMTP in Supabase to fix this for everyone.
